Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

2. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS,
CONSENT TO USE AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. By entering this giveaway, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all giveaway rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the giveaway. Participation in this giveaway constitutes participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Drone Data Consulting. d/b/a Safegunners (hereinafter referred to as “Safegunners”), its parents, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respect. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Safegunners and its parents, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors;
(d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; and (e) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness.

3. ELIGIBILITY. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents 21 years of age and older. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees, agents, independent dealers and affiliates of Safegunners and its agents, affiliates and immediate family members of all such persons, are not eligible to participate in this giveaway. Safegunners reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this giveaway at any time for any reason. Safegunners further reserves the right to amend these giveaway rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Safegunners reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules, copyright infringement or infringement of the rights of a third-party.

4. TO ENTER. This giveaway will run from about August 19, 2022 through December 30, 2022 . To enter this giveaway, participants must : (i) Follow the facebook page of safegunners and then share the page on facebook, (ii) to finalize the entry participants must provide their name and e-mail on the entry form on the safegunners official website. Once a participant submits their entry form, pursuant to the instructions of “following and sharing the safegunners facebook page and submitting their name and email on the webste, their submission shall be considered an (“Eligible Entry”) to be eligible to win for the giveaway pursuant to the day on which they entered (purchase not required). Persons submitting incomplete entries or entries under false pretenses will be disqualified. Safegunners is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. Safegunners is not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail sent by participant or Safegunners.

By entering, participant also agrees that Safegunners may publish participant’s name on Safegunners’s Website, social media sites, or in such other media or formats as Safegunners may elect without any compensation. By entering, participant also agrees to confirm any of the above in writing upon request by Safegunners.

5. PRIZES. There will be one (1) winner randomly selected from all Eligible Entries received when the Facebook page reaches 500 followers (i.e. winner will be chosen from all Eligible Entries received )
. Each respective winner will receive a one hundred-nighty nine ($199) dollar credit towards the purchase of a wear and carry course on Safegunners’s Website www.safegunners.com or through the Safegunners course offerings. The credit must be used within two months of when safegunners issues the credit certificate.

The combined retail value of this prize is $199 and odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received during the respective calendar month. For example, if Safegunners receives 500 Eligible Entries, your chances of winning will be 1 in 500.

The winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs and expenses not listed above. All decisions of Safegunners in this giveaway are final, binding and non-negotiable. No prize may be transferred or substituted for its cash value, including no cash value refunded for orders completed that do not utilize the entirety of a credit. The credit cannot be applied to outstanding fees previously owed nor combined with any other promotions. Any amount of items ordered over the credit amount will be charged at their current market value.

6. IDENTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. Safegunners will notify the potential winner(s) by telephone and/or email address at the information on file for the winner. If unable to make contact with the winner within seven (7) days after Safegunners’s first attempts to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the winner forfeits the prize. To accept and receive the prize, each respective winner must: a) sign and return to Safegunners a copy of these Official Rules; b) sign a form provided by Safegunners releasing Safegunners from all claims; and c) any other documents specified by Safegunners in their sole discretion by the deadlines specified.

The winner’s name may be posted at www.safegunners.com as well as the Safegunners blogs, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook pages if applicable.

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to Safegunners’s use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY ENTERING THIS
GIVEAWAY, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REVIEW Safegunners’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.safegunners.com . By entering this giveaway, participant authorizes Safegunners to contact participant for commercial purposes via fax, telephone, or e-mail address listed on the participant’s entry form. There will be no use of participants name or other personal information for future commercial purposes except as in accordance with Safegunners’s privacy policy. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
